Beechwood Tigers v. Somerset Briar Jumpers- Friday, August 31st. B...

Castleman has 2 rushing TD’s and Odom has a punt return and a TD reception from Cam Hergott. Good start by the Tigers stifled Somerset. Jumpers offense just can’t get going once they start gaining some yardage they have a few penalties to hurt themselves.

Somerset just looks lost. They cannot line up properly. They can’t get the right personnel on the field. They’re leaving receivers WIDE open.

 

Beechwood is looking good in all phases. Hergott needs to find his receivers quicker, but that’s really been the only negative.

Any talk of Somerset being a contender in 2A just went away in one quarter.
