I was not at the game so I have no idea, but I just pointing out that your theory that it must have been tipped because or else it wouldn't have hit off his pads is wrong because that very well could have happened...

 

You are correct in that aspect, but not in this case. The receiver's hands was in 1 place to catch the ball but it was tipped and changed directions and off the pads.

Although I will be cheering on HC to win, IMO, whoever wins this game WILL (sorry 3ptsooter :fight: ) knock off BHS. I'll say HC 7 or less for the win.

I don't think that NewCath's offense is good enough to put up 41 on HC. I believe that NewCath will win, but they'll be lucky to put up 28. This is going to be a good game.

You may well be right but after seeing HC on a couple of ocassions now I still question the abilities of HC's head coach and his staff. They are huge this year and of course they should dominate teams like Dayton, Bellevue and Ludlow this year but when it comes to NewCath and Beechwood Koz is in way over his head..I know they beat them earlier in the year but at the time

NCC wasn't playing very well and they made a number of turnovers to give HC the game..So every dog has its day and I believe the HC dog will be put to sleep after fridays game.

I don't know who will win this game, however I expect it to be a close one just like the last game. For HC to win I think playcalling on offense is the key. If they rely on the legs of Penny and Moore and still manage to air it out and use what got them here which is the Abeling to Sullivan connection they should be fine. If they play too conservatively like against Beechwood they will get beat.

I have only seen HC once this year, and that was last week against Beechwood. So I had heard alot of good things about Sullivan, but after seeing that game against Beechwood I came away not the impressed from all the stuff I have heard about him. He didn't even seem to be the best receiver on the team IMO. I know maybe he just had a bad game that day, but I know I just wasn't not that impressed with him, considering all the great stuff I had heard about him...

So do you think their offense is good enough now to score 41. I guess I gave HC a little to much credit by predicting a NCC victory 41-13..Obviously their offense wasn't that good.. HC, you had a nice season but you just aren't on the level of a Beechwood or NCC as hard as you try..JUst not their and now your off to 2A. Cya..
