August 4, 20188 yr Dude... the kid plead guilty to the first charge. That means it’s permanently on his record. Nick Saban signed a kid who admitted and has DV on this record. True but didn't he actually plead guilty two years later? At the time he signed was the guy saying he didn't do it?
