Phi ally got settleled in to Cardinal Hill and full therapy today. It was very tough but starting to feel a lot better about. Pain is tough and my leg is so sore that you can not touch it. But just going day to day.

Therapy going slow and painful. Still not showing much bend in my leg and very sore to the touch. I hope slow and steady wins the race cause I am surely slow!!!!!

Day six at CH and things starting to look up a little. Therapy going better and my 22 staples coming out this week. Improve every day hopefully.

Probably 10 more days. Got my staples out today and boy that was fun. All 32 of them.

Good day today. Good therapy and my wife and granddaughter was here for the day. Also had visit from very good friends. Going home next Saturday, I believe.
