June 25, 20188 yr Author The dude they got to play Viktor Drago is a freaking beast. Don’t know if you noticed but Dolph Lundgren is going to be in the movie too according to IMBD.
November 25, 20187 yr Saw this today with Wife and Daughter. It was like most of the Rocky franchise as far as plot formula goes, but hey if it's not broke don't fix it. :lol2: Michael B Jordan is one of my favorite young actors and he does a good job as Adonis Creed again. I know some of you look at ever movie you see with a very critical eye, if you do, just stay home...this isn't going to win an Oscar for Best Picture. This is an enjoyable movie and one I'll watch again for the entertainment of it. There are some genuine really good parts of the movie that really show the potential of Michael B Jordan as a lead actor and Stallone does a very good job as an aging Balboa. Fights are well choregraphed and look realisitc, not overblown like some fight scenes in the past. It starts kinda slow but picks up pace about 15 minutes in...several nods to Rocky IV in this one. The dude that plays Viktor Drago is a beast (played by real-life German boxer Florian "Big Nasty" Munteanu) and also a somewhat sympathetic character. FWIW I think this could be the last one with Stallone if the franchise goes forward.

I'm having shoulder surgery Thursday, girlfriend conveniently this weekend finished her last days of nursing clinicals. She actually asked me a hilariously moronic question about the Creed movies that I won't even begin to explain. But she followed it up with, can we watch all of the Rocky movies sometime? It just so happens I own all of them on DVD minus Creed, which we've watched on Amazon. Hoping to see the new one next week if we can power through them all this weekend.

December 7, 20187 yr Author I’ve been hearing pretty similar things from others I know who already watched. I’ll probably wait to watch when it’s out of the cinema.
