Doesn't Garrard Co. use the "G" like the Green Bay Packers??

 

You're a few years behind! Here is a somewhat recent rundown:

 

1999-2000: A gold Green Bay "G" on maroon helmet.

2001: A maroon Green Bay "G" on a white helmet.

2002: A solid gold helmet with a maroon stripe down the middle, just like Boston College.

2003-2005: A maroon "Detroit Lion" on a gold helmet.

2006: Script "Lions" written in maroon on a gold helmet, just like my avatar.

 

Personally, I liked the "Boston College" look first, but they've all been pretty good. They had the best success in the Detroit Lions helmet!

Bellevue has the Michigan style helmets.

 

Are they a black case with yellow wings or the other way around?

Surprised me when I saw the new PRP logo. A red version of the Carolina Panthers logo.

I think Christian County uses the same mascot as Ole Miss, but they call it a Colonel instead of a Rebel. I am not sure if its the symbol on their helmet. Of course Ole Miss is had a lot of contraversy on them calling it a rebel.

Holmes uses the Nebraska style "H".

I think Nelson County does the exact same. White helmet with Nebraska-style red "N."

Lewis Co. Lions - Detroit

I'm pretty sure Lewis has Michigan style helmets but with white and blue.

Seems like Graves County is using the Phildelphia Eagles logo

Is the Detroit lion still used as a logo even though it isn't on the helmet any more?

 

On a different note, given the Bengals' resurgence, I'm a little surprised some school called the Tigers hasn't given Cincinnati's helmet a try. I guess it proves they really are just that ugly.

 

Lafayette is another one that uses a variation of the Buccaneers' helmet, sam flag and crossed swords but with something else where the Bucs' skull is. As of a few years ago, Green County used the Titans' fireball on its helmet, the same one Mercer County uses as a logo but not a helmet decal, only with green and gold colors and a G. Nothing about it really said Dragons, and they might have changed by now. Evangel Christian, the worst football team you've never seen, uses a logo that looks like the Patriots' newest logo on one end, but morphs into an eagle's head where the patriot's hat and face should be. But the stripes and shape are pretty much identical.
