April 8, 20188 yr Author We live in Southwood Subdivision off of Constable. We will probably be listing it for $265,000. It'll go on the market some time in early May.
April 9, 20188 yr Houses are selling within 2 weeks in my area. Lady up the street listed her house and sold it the same day. I was not happy what she listed it for and she ends up saying she was mad at the realtor for advising on the price. Well that deal fell thru and she is now going to sell it on her own. Hmm, I'm not sure she read the fine print on the realtors contract.
May 15, 20188 yr House sold - we got what we wanted out of it. Now it's time to start looking Congrats! I'm hoping to hear positive news today that our condo will be sold, without an agent to someone we know today. If not, we are going to have to put it on the market soon with a realtor. May 17, 20188 yr House next door and 3 doors down sold without any signs going up, and each for about $100,000 more than we thought they would! Crazy times.
