mzmarie502
Male players were informed that coach Feldhaus was resigning after 3 years at Male.
Smallhoops
Coach Feldhaus did a good job - three winning seasons, overall record of 57-34, three trips to Seventh Region tournament. This is the fourth opening in the Seventh Region (Male, CAL, KCD, Collegiate).
Indiana Patrick
I believe the state champs in 8th grade this past yr were a Male feeder school. Does anyone known if they'll attend Male together?

mzmarie502
Not sure if he is taking another coaching job, family is moving back to Lexington.
MrMidLine
It's Schooler's job if he wants it. Makes perfect sense with the group of middle school kids coming in and all that Fern Creek loses this year. I'm guessing that's already been in the works. Smallhoops
Male had an outstanding group of sophomores this season. If there is a good group moving up from middle school, Male could be very good. Of course, the challenge is that the Seventh Region has been dominated recently by Trinity and Ballard. Male was 0-4 against Trinity and Ballard this year, with each loss being in the 14-16 point range. Trinity will be loaded again next year. While Ballard loses a lot of players, I suspect they will again be a typical Ballard team.
Indiana Patrick
Trinity will be the team to beat next yr. But if that 8th grade group all comes into Male together, the Trinity/ Ballard reign will come to a halt in 2019-20.
4 Quarters
Not sure if he is taking another coaching job, family is moving back to Lexington. Moving back to Lexington, I don't believe they have ever lived there.
KY Hoop Dirt
Will former North Oldham head coach Danny Edelen have a chance at the job? His son is the point guard on the 8th grade team moving up next season and was the coach of the middle school team that won the state tournament. maysvilleky
Moving back to Lexington, I don't believe they have ever lived there. Courier Journal article says that both his kids were born in Lexington and it's where he and his wife consider home.

Male may compete with them but wont dominate

Male may compete with them but wont dominate No, not dominate but give a team outside of Trinity and Ballard a real challenge. And IMO in 2 yrs compete for and be favorites to win the 7th. Doesn't Schooler have a couple real nice frosh. @ Fern creek coming back? Like Jaden Rogers.
Cardsrule1972
I can't see him leaving the talented freshmen of Darius Washington, Jaden Rogers, and Devean Franklin unless they find some way to transfer to Male. Which would seem illegal.
