You would think Boyle Co. wins this game with a running clock, but this Taylor or Co. team gave Southwestern all they wanted last week. I do like the way the defense has come togather for Boyle,but the offense needs some work. I think they will score more this week as the offense will look better, this being said, Taylor will not be able to keep up, as Boyle wins 42-7.

I think the Rebels will be fine in this one. We need to minimize the penalties and protect the ball. I know last week penalties killed several drives. I think the offense will show up again this week, and Boyle wins rather easily.

The coaching staff at Boyle has their kids back in the winning ways, and they'll continue. I hope that some of you Reble fans out there who jumped ship earlier in the year when BOYLE was playing GREAT competition, but comming up short, dont even jump back on board, b/c you're not a true fan. I hope to see Boyle make it as far as they possibly can this year, as I do all of the Danville area schools.

 

Don't be shocked to see Boyle go on, at least, a five game winning streak....yes, that means the possibility of them winning their region and onto the state-semis! Best of Luck :thumb:

According to a interview in yesterday's Advocate, Pardue plans on playing Tamme. He didn't say in what position but IMO it should be in the position that he was in last year when he took this team 11-2.

 

The defense is cooking and if we could get something "different" going on offense, I think we can make a good showing.

 

Whatever record this team ends up with at the end of the season, I know one thing, I couldn't be more proud of them. The have overcome so much this year and they are still out there each and every week giving it their all. You really can't ask much more than that from these kids.

I assume we're talking about Southwestern, right? The same Southwestern that always expects to challenge in the playoffs but somehow has only managed five playoffs wins in their history, including several losses when they were a solid favorite.

 

I'm still picking Boyle County is District 4 until I see the guys from Pulaski Southwestern pick up a meaningful NOVEMBER win.

I do not believe that anything that has happened in the past has no meaning on the present. Southwestern is a good football team, and beat us up at our place this year. So, going into the playoffs the Warriors should be the favorite to win the district this year. Sometimes the favorite wins, and sometimes they don't. Either way I think Southwestern will see a different Boyle team the next time around. (assuming they both win the first playoff game)

Hester really has the "D" clicking right now. If we can just get the "O" to start picking it up and keep the yellow hankies off the ground, it will get real exciting again and I think will take us deep in the playoffs. If they can't then I think Long time warrior has a very valid point. Hopefully Tamme can put that spark in the offence at whatever position he plays. The time for preparing for the playoffs is already NOW. Go Rebs.

No way Boyle loses this game. The defense is too good, and the offense really doesnt matter for this game. Taylor lost to PC, and Boyle should roll easy.

Anyways for the past several years we've been in Boyle Co. district and it wasn't like we were losing to a regular team we were losing to a team bound for the State Championship game. Finishing first in district has been dang near impossible and going to Rebel country during the playoffs and getting a win has been even harder. Ask Hop-town, Central, Bullitt East, Pulaski Co. (three years ago) Southwestern, and others. Going through our place this season with just one more win in district we get home field advantage for as least 3 games, again provided we continue to win. I like our chances better going through our place than Boyle Co. where it seems almost impossible to get out of there with a W. Good luck everyone and RebelK I to will root for your guys until.
