Outside observer here— but I still can’t figure out why a program with the history and tradition of highlands had a coach (who is a good and decent coach) in the press box filming.

 

That smells to me. Stinks like they were keeping him at bay.

Too bad that BW didn’t have the respect for Siple and allow him to bring his experience to the table which could have made a huge impact. Siple has forgot what any 3 coaches on that offense knows combined

Highlands just had an offensive genius in Siple resigned because he couldn’t keep the video camera still and now they getting a replacement

Rodenburgs part. BW is on a very very short leash and I personally would not want to be part of his staff right now especially if I am a qualified head coaching candidate to apply in the event of a change

 

This very well may have been Siple’s reasoning for resigning suddenly
