Dayton at Ludlow predictions

Featured Replies

No specifics on Dayton injuries or how bad they were. Hightew went out in the 3nd qt maybe to protect him for this week. I don't remember seeing him get hurt. They had about 5/6 kids come out and I think stay out. W/all injuries back to playing for both teams I will take Ludlow. Their misdirection, shotgun offense will prevail and confuse Dayton's "D".

Ludlow gets into the playoffs.

I know that both teams are beat up some. I know Ludlow has some major injuries and issues at the LB position. Which should allow Dayton's QB to run, then throw if needed. But I know Ludlow needs a victory to help their playoff hopes. This should be a good game all around, but I just think Dayton's offensive attack will be too much for Ludlow to handle

Dayton 20

Ludlow 13

It wouldn't just help Ludlow's playoff hopes, it would get them in with a win. Dayton also would need this win and would need to beat Bellevue still too...I know this game is going to be a classic and just a war, and I know I cant wait to see it. I will stick with my earlier prediction and that is:

Ludlow 20

Dayton 14

Why don't you think Ludlow will move the ball on Dayton?

They had 54 total yards last week, until the 4th quarter when the JV team went in.

I suspect Dayton is not near as strong up front as HC. Holy Cross has a real solid football team. When the Dayton's, Ludlow's, and Bellevue's get together and play football, it's usually an exciting, hard hitting contest between evebnly matched teams. Ludlow will move the ball and score and so will Dayton.

don't know who else was hurt besides Hightchew? If 5 or 6 starters were hurt it could be a big blow to an A school...

What "major injuries and issues" at the LB position? I'd like to know where you got that information...

Coming from Bellevue, I know that Bellevue needs Dayton to be the panthers, if the Tigers have any shot for the playoffs.

They had 54 total yards last week, until the 4th quarter when the JV team went in.

how do you know they had 54 yds. going into the 4th qrt they actually had 88 yds, and Mills got 80 more on 1 carry before leaving the game.

Maybe I miscalculated when I watched the game. But I do know it wasn't very much, until the sophomore's came in to game.

LUDLOW BABY !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Maybe I miscalculated when I watched the game. But I do know it wasn't very much, until the sophomore's came in to game.

that running back was Braydon Mills and he starts at running back for Ludlow

I think he was talking about until the sophomores from Holy Cross came in...

Such as: I think Ludlow has a better receiving core and will have success in that aspect of the game. Not meaning to slight anyone, just my opinion.

Who is on the receiving core of both teams???

Who is on the receiving core of both teams???

Ludlow has 5 different receivers they can go to, not counting whether they choose to use the backs out of the backfield. Dayton, I know has a very good, athletic QB, who will make plays for them. Can't speak on their receiving core, but I'm sure they're capable as well. I look for a very good, hard fought game.
