WOW!!!!! 8-1

Looking forward to the Beechwood/Holy Cross game!

Predictions: won't be close as in the past!!

HC seems to be hitting their stride at the right point of the season, should make for an interesting game in 2 weeks.

HC has really stepped it up this year congrats.

HC is much better than in the past. My hat goes off to the staff and players.

SB Facemask: My post means, in two weeks the results will still be the same, Beechwood will win by 20.

Does anyone know how Kyle York is doing? I saw him with ice on his neck early in the second half and then did not see him again. From everything I have heard he is a great young man as well as a great player, I hope he is okay and ready to go for next week.

Just like the old saying,(Don't count you chickens before they hatch). This team is ready to play the team that stole a game from them when they freshman. When they had 3 td's called back, and had to play 4 overtime's,this team is talented, and ready to make it deep into the playoffs. I have watched BHS play a couple of different times this year. And I don't care how much tradition there is. That was the past Coach yeagle is gone, and I think after this game finally people will start believing this HC team is for real.

I have seen them all (the Beechwood teams) and the tradition will never die. As I said, HC is much better but after watching the NCC/HC film I am not as impressed. HC has a quick RB, QB has a good arm w/one very tall WR but the line, IMO, is questionable.

What will HC do in the future w/out any of the scholarship(tuition?) athletes from Cinti?

Sorry, new thread I guess!!

As you point out(OLDCOACH), Coach Yeagle is gone but believe me, his spirit is still very much around the football program.

The BHS/HC game should be a good one but I still think BHS by 20.

They didn't steal a game when they were freshman--Beechwood won fair and square in overtime . . . . . . . . . .

You guys cried then and apparently you are still crying.

If you think that is going to help you in 2 weeks--you may want to find some new motivation.

Also--if you want to bring freshman scores into this--NCC beat Beechwood's seniors 34 to 0 when they were freshman . . . . . . .

This thread is about the Holy Cross/Ludlow game. Discuss future games in a seperate thread.

Awful big talk. Hope they can walk the walk! I hate to quote cliches, but sometimes they are appropriate. To be the man, you have to beat the man!!!:fight:

Well sorry I didn't get on here earlier to eat crow, but I was on vacation. I was not at the game, but from what I hear from all the Ludlow faithful HC seems to be the real deal this year and congrats to them on the win. Now I still dont think HC will make it past the 1st round of the playoffs this year because I think Beechwood will beat them, and then I think NCC will get revenge on them in the playoffs. But I do want to wish HC the best of luck the rest of year...
