Louisville is Title City. Lol

 

Just wondering, but how many state football titles are owned by schools inside the city limits of Louisville? If I recall, Trinity is in St. Matthews not Louisville, so theirs don't count.

St. Matthews's is in the epicenter of Louisville so they count. Trinity, X, H, Central, CAL, Desales=title town. But for the sake of the thread it's overly impressive that Boyle county produces so many winners. They deserve the namesake. Big congrats for the great weekend!

St. X 12, Male 6, Central 5, and Desales 2. That’s 25 in City limits.

That's nice for Louisville... it is larger than Danville and has more schools.

There were 5 schools mentioned , Boyle and Danville alone share how many titles??? Small town = big talent=Title Town.

But great for Louisvilles 5+ schools.

Since both Danville and Boyle County high schools are both inside the city limits of Danville and Tigerpride94 states that the city of Louisville was Title CITY, I just was putting the two cities on a level playing field by making it inside said city limits. Thus the way I phrased the question. I don’t have a dog in the fight since I no longer live in Kentucky.

Just had a celebration for both teams on Main Street. The Mayor declared Friday, December 8th Title Town Day in Danville. I'll post video in a few minutes.

The Titletown Pep Rally at the courthouse square was awesome!

 

I love see community coming together to celebrate our football teams successes. If you were a part of this celebration, you must realize just how precious this moment was. I will treasure it till the day I die.
