Wow, kids with April birthdays are now graduating at age 19 rather than age 18. No wonder some of these kids are dominating at the middle school level.

 

Summer bdays and starting school a year later isn’t new. It’s new to this part of the country. Way to many studies show the life long benefits to doing it. I’ve never met any person who said man i wish I would have started little man a year earlier. But I’ve heard from many that say man we should have started them a year later. No one knows at 4-5 yrs old what type of student and athlete they have. So you are smart to take the safe route.

Hey I’ve heard he lost a brother, sorry to hear, i get the privilege to watch this kid play after my sons games, very athletic and smart, can take games over At anytime, but wait his a “Hold” back lol.. this kid would start on the freshman level....

I did my best with the information that I was provided. I do think it will become easier now that I have something to work from.

 

DNP= Did not play- AD likely changed schedule, if I get the correct dates I will revise.

Highlands 6th is 5-2 with wins vs. Gray, Ernst, Twenhofel, IHM and Grant. Losses to Pius and CC.

 

Highlands 7th is 6-1 with Wins over Pius, Gray, Twenhofel, IHM, CC and Grant. They lost to Ernst.

 

Not sure about 8th grade.
