I haven't got a copy of the book, just curious, how are the player rankings determined? Are they sent in or is it the writer who is ranking? Definitely have to question a few of the rankings of players IMO. Just for starters, can't for the life of me figure out why the 3 spot of Dumphord is ahead of the 4 spot of Jones:confused:
