I want the Cards, but hope they do not think the refs will be as bad as last week, in their lucky win.

Which calls exactly helped in their lucky win?

Called 16 penalties against Louisville. Cards prolly committed like 30.

Yeah, I can only think of one call each way that was even questionable. The ejection for Purdue (it was definitley roughing, but didn't warrant an ejection IMO) and a defensive pass interference called on Louisville when the Purdue receiver pushed our DB to the ground.

Oh, and the block in the back they called on Jaire Alexander on a punt when he was the one returning the kick. :lol2:

The missed fumble into the end zone was a game changing mistake. The ejection just before that was possibly even worse.

Ball broke the plane before it started moving.

Go back and watch the game and you can see.

Good answer. :lol2:

Louisville outgained Purdue by nearly 200 yards; the two fumbles at the goal line were the only reason this was even close.

But yeah, it was the refs.

So I’m definitely a Lamar/UofL homer, lol…. but I don’t think the refs got the targeting/ejection wrong at all. Even the random official guy that the announcers brought in for consultation agreed it was an ejection.

I’ll take the cards by 17 – Go Cards!

What is that? Oh, it's the ball...coming out...before he gets to the goal line:

Two points of emphasis:

Penalties

Ball Handling

If those two aren't better than this weekend, they will lose.

If Grant or I say this, we hating.

Oh, is it? :lol2: Good thing you aren't a replay official.

I'm not wasting any more time on you two.

I'm just glad I have you being objective now because you are right about your prediction.

UL is a TD fav, which kinda surprises me because UNC just lost their best QB in recent memory didn't they?

I'm not wasting any more time on you two.

Oh come on what did I ever do? Haha I can name a lot of people who are far less objective than JA and I. You don't believe me when I say I thought Lamar deserved the Heisman trophy last year, but I pulled for my dude JT the whole year because he's my dude. Surely you can understand that haha. It's essentially the same reason you stood up for Lamar after his mediocre performance the last 3 games. Lamar looked great against Purdue and right now I have him at the top of my Heisman list only behind Josh Rosen. Isn't that enough for you? Haha
