Quentin Tarantino Exploring New Movie on Manson Family

Featured Replies

I almost feel like two hours in a movie theater can't do it justice. I listened to a 12-hour podcast series on it and I still wanted more.

An absolutely insane story.

What podcast?

What podcast?

It was a series of episodes a couple years ago of "You Must Remember This", a podcast about classic Hollywood.

A freak doing a movie about a freak. I'll watch it!

I personally don't think QT would be a good one to do a movie like this. I'd want it based in reality...I'm not sure he wouldn't "QT" it up too much and it would lose a lot in his "interpretation".

Creepy... but I would probably watch it.

Never seen ANY of his movies, his stuff his too over the top.

I agree...his raw brashness has never won me over so I could never really jump on that train, but I have to admit that I'm intrigued about a movie about the Manson Family, but like BigV said if he QT's it up it might take it way over the top of its already way over the topness. With the Mansons, that's not really necessary, but you know that the weirdo egotist that is QT will want to do something overly radical to make it his own.

I haven't watched many, but Pulp Fiction just might be in my top ten.
