Well yeah it's easy to say that after he's hurt for two years. Clearly they would take it back. They paid market value at the time trying to lock up a guy that shaping up to be an ace. It didn't workout unfortunately.

They actually underpaid market value when they signed him as he gave them a hometown discount. Enron stock looked great when I bought it in 2000 also. If I knew then what I know now, it might have been a bad investment.
