June 9, 20179 yr Author I read an article about a month ago where they seemed to imply that the owner is enamored by KD and willing to make him the face of the franchise. Makes me wonder if he will try to lowball Steph or if he will offer a contract of his worth. IMO Steph should have a top 3 salary in the NBA and should be he highest paid player on the Warriors.

Anyone think he gets his ring, opts out and goes home to DC? Nothing surprises me anymore. I halfway expect Steph to leave and KD to become the face of the Warriors. I think KD has a player option for this year. I think he stays though. Draymond and Klay are locked through 2020 I believe. I'll go look.
