Meeks is excellent at keeping his body on the player he is defending. That contact and Meeks strength is what is messing with Karnowsky's shot. Karnowsky needs to work a little harder to get some separation when he goes up for the shot

I believe you are right, smart defense from Meeks to keep him uncomfortable on the shot without fouling.

Let Jackson keep shooting outside. He's dangerous inside. Karnowski better show up in the second half or it'll be tough to win. Zags killing it on the boards. Have to feel good if you're UNC to only be down three given all the ops Gonzaga had

I agree on the part as bad as Carolina has played to be down only 3 but other than from 3 point range Gonzaga has not shot that well either they are only shooting 40% overall and 60% from the line. The Zags missed 6 shots from 2 7 footers from point blank range. I think if Gonzaga can control the boards like they did the first 10 minutes they can win but their bigs are going to have to stay out of foul trouble they were up 9 boards when they were on the floor when they got in foul trouble Carolina started taking over on the boards the Zags just finished the half up 1 rebound. The Tarheels should feel good I would not think they would shoot that bad in the 2nd half. However they only shot 37% in the Oregon game.

If Jackson doesn't get more involved in the UNC offense and just keeps chucking 3s the Tarheels are going down.

Carolina needs to pound the ball inside early and see if they can get Gonzaga's big guys off the floor due to foul trouble. If I were Roy I would tell my team the first four minutes of the half no shots on a possession until one of the big guys get the touch down low.

NCAA is really liking I guess having the Final 4 out West I just saw next year's Final 4 is in San Antonio.

North Carolina is really not that good of a shooting team especially if Jackson is not shooting well they count on second and third shots I think if Gonzaga keeps the Tarheels to 5 or less offensive rebounds (they had 8 in the first half) they win.
