What Hinson's about to do, has it ever been done?

Looks Like Bob Hall won the 39th at both Maysville and Fleming Co.

Coach Hall was my next door neighbor in Maysville. I really miss him. It would be great to see him zipping down the street again on his moped!

4 of 4 soon? People are trying to say Biggs is out soon at Mason County, opening the door for Hinson there?

Someone help me out here, I could be wrong.

Does the Mason County head coach need to have a teaching degree?

That's a school district decision, right? But to your point, when the job was open two years ago, I remember someone on this board discussing/saying Mason County would only put someone with a degree in that head coach position.

Yes.

Jason Hinson will not coach at Mason County due to the fact he is not a teacher, the same reason for Rabbit Littleton not being the head coach of the Lady Royals.

Pretty much right, major sports, Basketball and Football, I believe has to be a teacher.

Not going to happen.

Not going to happen.

You're right, not enough money in Maysville to pull Coach Hinson away from the Polar Bears. He's done an excellent job at every step along the way.

Nothing to do with money or teaching degree, he`s not going to Mason bottom line.

You act like Mason County isn't one of the more prestigious jobs in the state, if they want someone bad enough, they'll get them. If Mason County were to come knocking offering Hinson a pay raise he would take it, bottom line. Believe it or not money talks.

I'm not so sure. Coach Hinson grew up dreaming of being the Head Polar Bear. I think this position is bigger to him than money. I would definitely like to see what he could do with the Royals but at the same time don't want to lose him in Brooksville.

Yes and I can see his reasons for that, but at the same time he has a family to support and kids to raise. Knowing Coach Hinson I would assume for him to put the best interest of his family financially.

And what's best is to send his kids to his alma mater.

We can agree to disagree, however regardless it wouldn't matter because he doesn't have a degree which prevents Mason County from hiring him.
