Nice to see Trent's kids finishing strong. Now on to the second season where as the fourth seed we will be the hunter instead of the hunted.

I haven't seen them live in a few weeks but JC seems to be filling out the stat sheet.

JC is playing like a senior should at this time of the season. He made good decisions with the ball and his team looked for him when they got into trouble. Well done.

 

I'm a SK guy but really thought Holmes had some bad calls against them at inopportune times. Holmes coach comes out challenging stuff that doesn't need challenged and then that rolls into two bench T's in a matter of minutes. That certainly didn't help their cause with subsequent calls. Dogs didn't quit though; SK would roll to a 14-16 point lead and Holmes cut it to a 2 possession game. Pretty solid effort from them on senior night.

Was impressed with Hawkins tonight, only the second time I have saw Simon Kenton play, they are much improved and playing great at the right time. Holmes just got off on a bad note, thought they played hard and made a nice run late second quarter. I was at the scorers table and heard nothing but hard coaching from Simon Kenton coach. Felt bad that Green fouled out on his last game at Holmes, wish him and Mike Engelman the best, good luck to Simon Kenton in the districts.

It bothers me that people criticize this website while at the same time participate, well sort of, most of the attackers are registered users.

Anyone got any other game information? How did Holmes play? Did LJ Miller play as I heard he hurt his ankle recently.

Yes, LJ played and it seemed the ankle had no effect on his game, I thought he had a nice game. Holmes was in deep foul trouble early on, Jaiden Green picked up two early fouls and sat most of first half. Holmes was down something like 12 to 0 before they seemed to get into any flow. Holmes made a nice run, Simon Kenton has some size which hurt Holmes and Simon Kenton plays extremely hard on defense.
