February 4, 20179 yr I am all for a complete reversal of Roe Vs Wade. Whats wrong with showing kids the real truth. When they are shielded from the real world by parents who had rather be their Friend rather than mom or dad what you get is the issue we have today in Berkeley and New York. So, if these protestors show up at your kids school and march around, shouting and displaying graphic images, you're OK with that?

My kids were told and shown the truth at a young age about abortion. They are all grown now and all are about as anti abortion as you can get( all 3 girls). I am not for them showing some of the signs to pre school kids who are too young, however its equally appalling for some of the protesters to take kids to what has been displayed at some of these protests/rallys/riots? And now those same people are whining about this?

I'm not OK with either. They all three have been confronted with this. Do I think we can do this a better way? Yes. It would be easier if it did not happen on either side. We are in agreement on this. I think children should stay children and enjoy the world as long as they can. But we chose to educate our children on all kinds of things when we thought they were ready for it, so they were not blind sided with such as this. I think we are very close on how we both feel here, so I am going out and say I agree with you 100%. Some things I am way more to the middle on that what I think you and others might think, even left on some issues. Idiots from both sides should leave our kids out of it.

February 4, 20179 yr Speaking of pro-life, did you see the story yesterday where an anti abortion protested outside Now Middle and Manual? Their reasoning...they believe prevention is the best course of action, so showing those graphic depictions to the students as the children entered school was their method. So, 11 year olds were subject to these protestors....on their way into school. The protestors are at the clinic today, which I feel is a much more appropriate location. What are your thoughts? Good intentions, stupid execution.
