The leaks issue is really what interests me. You have people leaking actual convos. That has to be concerning.

The other, very real possibility, is that at least some of these leaks are fabricated, either in part or in their entirety. The media is generally protected from being compelled to reveal its sources, and it only takes a handful of unethical reporters seeking to score points with their managers to create chaos. I am not leveling an allegation against anybody, but I am always suspicious of anonymous sources.

So when the U.S. finds itself in a huge could've been avoided war all because of Donald's big mouth will all you supporters still find a reason to provide alternative facts and stand by him?

I really think the "US Official" could have been Australian. Complete speculation, but wouldn't be a surprise at all.

But it's really not that important for you to recognize it, because thankfully Mr. McCain is the level headed one in the position to do so.

I think McCain is looking for opportunities to try to make Trump look bad. For him to make the call to the ambassador AND make sure everyone knew about it reeks of political grandstanding to me. Why didn't he do it quietly? I think he saw an opportunity to make Trump look bad and took it. This whole phone call has been totally blown out of proportion IMO. Leaders of countries have frank, unpleasant conversations quite often.

You might be right about McCain, but I'm not too sure what he has to gain this late in his career by playing games. Perhaps he's just old school enough to have some integrity, cares about our country, and is trying to send a message to the world that Donald doesn't speak for everyone, which he most certainly does not.

Again late to the party...already discussed all that with decent levels of credible info.. but honestly what rock have you all been living under that I even have to squeeze all this information out for you to still not believe it? Very good sign of cult behavior when the evidence of world disapproval has been quite vivid all along.
