Illegal alien voter fraud as a specific strategy used by the last Adminstration and Clintons is a documented fact by the fact that both Obama and the Clintons openly, actively encouranced felony action by illegals - encouraging them to vote.

 

One would think it would be illegal for public officials for those running to openly encourange lawlessness as was done during the election cycle. But they did. And doing so confirmed that voter fraud was an approved, executed strategy.

It happens. Nixon always accused Mayor Daily of some shady stuff in Chicago in the 1960 election which he narrowly lost to JFK.

And in the last election between Obama and Romney an elderly Cincinnati woman who was an election officer admitted to casting votes at her station for 7 of her relatives that didn't even show up to vote that day. She signed their name on the sheet and voted for them. She later admitted to what she did when questioned and said she knew that's how they wanted to vote because they had said so, and she felt getting Obama re-elected was important enough to justify what she did. As far as I know she was never charged with a crime.

 

The above is just one example. The USA has thousands of polling places. The odds are that things such as this may be more common than we think.
