When did it become so commonplace for people to type the word are instead of our?

 

"Please like are page", etc.

 

It drives me bananas

I don't know but it's terrible.

Would you prefer, "Please like r page!"?

Another one:

 

“Your invited to….. fill in the blank!! “

 

(I really shouldn’t post this because now I will go and post something horrifically grammatically incorrect - lol)

I've not seen this phenomenon.

When people type alot instead of a lot.

 

Or "should of" instead of "should have."

 

High school and college kids do it a ton but you also see "adults" doing it now, too.

 

It's the world we live in now.

Maybe they got their education in Whitley were most are uneducated.

Or "wear" and "where" or "there" "their" and "they're" drives me up a wall

Misuse of Sell and Sale, kills me.

 

"I need to Sale my car."

"Weekend Sell, this week only."

"Will Sale for $500."

 

These just kill me :irked:
