Gotcha.

This just SUCKS, hopefully the thieves get caught.

William does a GREAT service for Ky student athletes.

Terrible to hear. Hope they get caught.

Hate to hear that just saw them at the LCA/Lafayette game Friday night.

It was after that game that they were robbed

Hopefully these people are caught. Hopefully Prepspin has insurance on the stolen equipment as well to help speed up the process in purchasing new equipment.

I love the service PrepSpin provides. Hope those jerks are caught soon.

Smashing windows in vehicles and stealing must be the easiest method these days because my neighbor had his side glass smashed out of his brand new Toyota Tundra in the Campbell House parking lot last year. Fortunately he hadn't left anything inside that was of major value but he had to go to the trouble of having his glass replaced.

Thieves are more bolder than in past years because they're really not worried about the judicial system. Too many slaps on the wrist and pay-as-you- can restitution judgements.

This is a damn shame. I hate a thief but even more I hate when good people become a victim to stupidity. I hope the thieves are caught and punished to the fullest extent of the law. Unreal.

I couldn't agree with you more on the bolded. Basically if you get caught stealing anything that doesn't warrant a felony. Your let go at your first court date with the assumption that you will pay restitution. The funny thing is that even though the judicial system sets a date for restitution to be paid, they don't follow their own rule. As long as the thief makes an attempt to pay it, say $5 a month, the judicial system will just keep pushing the court dates back until it is paid.

This instance would be a bit different than your average break and take though as it involved some expensive equipment, making it a felony. That said, a lot of felony thefts get dropped down to misdemeanors as well.
