January 18, 20179 yr Then why not investigate and eliminate both? I have zero issue with providers that knowingly defraud the system being prosecuted. I would argue that the 2000+ pages of ObamaCare and it's myriad regulations make it far more likely that there will be errors made (both intentional and mistakenly) on the administrative side then if the bill was simplified.Oh, it gets investigated certainly. See Kings Daughters Medical and the case the FBI had vs KDMC and Dr. Paulus with their heart cath issue from a couple years back. So, those don't go unnoticed. Does it happen on some scale? I'd say certainly. But blatant insurance fraud carries some stiff penalty and it's not like it goes unprosecuted.

The second and third bars bear out that result in that far more Trump voters thought Hillary would win than Hillary supporters that thought Trump would win. That accounts for the number that skews Hillary's way more heavily on the first line.
