Randy Parker
Is this a mystery like most of his? The book description read like it's a mystery, but I'm only 25 pages in. I'll let you know more as I read more. It just came out Monday.

gchs_uk9
Collection of stories - some good, some not so good. There is a story here, however, titled A Murder in Falkner, that was one of the best longform pieces I've ever read.

Randy Parker
Is this a mystery like most of his? I'm halfway through and would not recommend it. Too much like Hunger Games/Divergent, but not as good as either.
Getslow
The Handmaid's Tale by Margaret Atwood Wanted to re-read it before diving into the Hulu show. Read it back in high school.
gchs_uk9
This was terrible. It was like reading someone's thesis or dissertation (it emerged from the author's as a matter of fact) and it was insanely boring. I'll try to find a better read on what was a monumental event of the 20th century. Two thumbs not up.

Theoldguy
I love the movie, Field of Dreams to the point that one year on our family vacation we visited the movie site and I have to say, this book (ok I am listening to the Audiobook) is much, much better than the movie. So much more in this book than the movie told you about, so if you like of loved the movie, read the book and you will thank me latter.
