Good win for Newport. Seems like they are developing into a solid team a year earlier than expected. Coach Snapp has to get some credit for the development of this team. Seems like last years team was a roller coaster ride while this team seems to be more enjoyable to coach. Congrats to the Wildcats of Newport.

Good game last night. PG Miller was excellent for Newport. Harding with good game inside. Burress hit some clutch 3's as well.

 

First time seeing Donte Allen since he torched my (NKMSL) St.Pius team a few years back. He has progressed nicely. Look forward to seeing him as he gets stronger. PC has some decent shooters to go along with him, but not really anyone else that's a consistent threat to put ball on the floor & drive to basket.

 

I'm sure PC will face a lot of sagging Defenses. Its a lot easier to run out at shooters when they don't threaten to go by.
