Beechwood pounded the middle of Williamstown's zone and didn't give up many good looks on the perimeter.

 

Williamstown missed enough layups in the first half to make it a single digit ballgame.

Beechwood has as much basketball talent in their pipeline as any other school not named CovCath.. If he doesn't make the drive down Dixie Hwy to Park Hills than there is really no reason to go anywhere else in NKy.

I guess time will tell. Really do not understand why a kid would want to go to CovCath and potentially give up playing time when they could either stay where they are or go somewhere else that gives them an opportunity to play more minutes.

 

I know everyone thought that Jefferson would stay at Beechwood when he got time as an 8th grader, but we all know how that turned out.

 

IMO Draud will not stay at Beechwood, but that is just a guess.
