That doesn't give me an answer. Why would NKU (or Xavier) be on board with this? It makes no sense. It's not their job to accommodate UC. They have their own schedules to worry about. No reason to throw in another team to add confusion.

Other than being close and you don't have to deal with Cincy, I'd like to see them there. Some numbers:

 

Seating capacities

USBank Arena - 17,556

BB&T Arena - 9,400 (basketball)

 

Average attendance at UC men's games for 2015/16 - 9,334.

Which leads me back to my previous comment. Wouldn't they come up with a plan (and maybe they have, but this thread leads me to believe they haven't) before beginning the renovations?

I think it's a pretty interesting question given the dynamics of how BB&T arena works.

 

I'd imagine that BB&T would have to work around NKU's schedule, but I could see them forcing this upon NKU. That management group is out to make more money and probably host more events in the arena.

It wouldn't surprise me one bit to see NKU bumped to Regents Hall for a UC game at BB&T arena.

They each play a max of two games a week. I feel like they should be able to figure it out.

You also have the women's team to factor in there.

I think NKU should have full rights to BB&T Arena, but we've seen the management team move them out in favor of other events.
