It was the normalizing of openly spewing this kind of rhetoric over the course of the last 18 months by the campaign and his supporters. And the vitriol being spewed by the Left?? All the "protesters", etc. trying to reverse the results of the US election?? The BLM'ers spewing "pigs in a blanket, fry 'em like bacon", etc.? State electors being threatened with unthinkable actions, their families being threatened, etc. just for potentially voting the will of their electorate? Yeah, it's all Trump's fault??????????
