I think so, this season has been one of the best of the series. I still like a season of all newbies though. Maybe do Newbies in the fall and returners in the spring.

I've not been a fan of returning players in the past particularly when you mix returnees with newbies but this season has changed my opinion of that. One of the best seasons in a while.

You have to have the right group of returnees though and this one was it, the first All-Star season was rather blah and I don't feel like Second Change lived up to it's potential. Even the ones I don't like (Debbie) add a bit of intrigue to the final outcome. This group has flat out played from day 1. You also have to keep making unexpected changes to the game so they don't get comfortable.

The tribal councils this entire season have been epic.

Not sure how they came up with Michaela but I'm thinking Sarah orchestrated that whole thing during tribal and threw the others off by stealing Tai's vote with her advantage.

I just watched tribal council again. When Sarah discovered that Cirie wanted to steal HER vote, why did Sarah not turn the council around to vote out Cirie?

Two players in a row have told someone that they had the legacy advantage and in both cases the player they told they would leave it to tried to get them out.

 

If you have a legacy advantage you are a fool to tell anyone 1) that you have it 2) that you are leaving it to them. What is the incentive to not vote you out and get your advantage.

To an extent, I sort of think she was, but maybe I'm giving Sarah to much credit.

I'm still confused why Officer Sarah stole Tai's vote, then used two votes on Michaela. She had to know Tai would vote with Brad and Troyzan (for Michaela). She could have knocked Tai out, or if Tai used an idol (which I don't believe she knows about), Michaela still would have gone.
