Seeing as how Russia isn't a friend or what we would even call an ally I raise an eyebrow when the enemy is saying, "I want this cat to win the US election." He has a motive and I am not thinking it is something in our best interest. Doesn't matter though as long as WWIII doesn't start. Right?

Wow. I would have thought we would have more facts on this from the Left. Putin says elect Clinton and we have nuclear war. Why would Putin say that about Clinton?

I think the idea is that Trump's rhetoric indicates he wants America to withdraw somewhat from its expansive role in the world. Any withdrawal by America from its role in NATO or other European affairs allows Russia to step into our place.

 

Personally, I don't know how a presidential administration could ignore Russia much more than this one as Russia ran roughshod over Ukraine already without so much as a peep from the freedom-loving West.

 

We'll see how it all goes.
