Well a lot is going to depend on how healthy each team is and the weather. Obviously Green would be nice to have back. Bengals only had 1 healthy player not active today with 6 players out for the game.

I just don't understand how the Steelers lose. Their offense can beat you any way they want. If I am the Bengals I throw the sink at Bell and then watch Big Ben, AB and crew just kill us.

 

I do think the Bengals will score some points, they are hitting their stride offensively. Still not convinced on their run defense. Boyd has really improved. The only good thing with Green out has been Boyd's emergence and targets he is getting.

 

The only way I see the Bengals winning is Big Ben just being awful. That's rare.

Steelers defense is playing good football 2 rookies Burns and Davis made some plays today. Davis is dangerous when he blitzes.

 

Their defense does not concern me that much. As I said, their offense is awesome. I think the best in NFL.

Bengals can't pass protect. The Steelers had 5 sacks today. Not could for the Bengals. Bud Dupree had 2 sacks and Davis was in on 2 sacks.

 

Also Bengals can't stop the run. Steelers had over 230 yards rushing.

This is going to be a lot closer game than I thought 2 weeks ago. The Bengals offense looks pretty decent these past 2 weeks and mainly because of the play of AD. Pittsburgh defense does not scare me at all. But the Bengals defense is pretty mediocre as well. Will come down to which defense plays less worse. Unless bad weather it should be a high scoring game.

The one good thing is the Bengals defense has played really well the last 4 weeks in a row. Then also going from last year and even the first game of this year, the Bengals defense usually holds the steelers offense more in check than any other team.

 

The Bengals offense on the other hand always struggles against the steelers even when Green is healthy. If the Bengals offense can be successful and move the ball and get points they have a chance. If they have a lot of 3 and outs and keep the defense on the field all game then it could get out of hand. So many times this year our offense sucks in the second half, including today.
