December 10, 20169 yr Where I am located, FedEx has the best delivery service, IMO. I cringe when I see that an Amazon package is going to be delivered by USPS or LaserShip. I have dealt with FedEx for many years and I only recall on package being delayed by a routing mistake. I have also had very good luck with UPS.
December 11, 20169 yr I did a lot of shipping of all kinds of stuff with old company. From multi million dollar transactions to cheap promotional items. If you don't pay for overnight or second day service your stuff foes all over the place regardless of which company you use to ship.

We use UPS for 99.9% of our lighter weight shipments. Their ground service is pretty much point A to point B. Where it gets jacked up is when they partner with USPS.

The bad news: my package was delivered to someone with the same last name in Hebron. I live in Alexandria. The good news: Contacted the company who expedited a new order to me which I have received. The great news: Original shipment delivered the next day so now I have 2 of what I ordered! Waiting to see if the company contacts me wanting their 2nd one back.
December 16, 20169 yr Shipping heads up. If you order a large holiday toy online. They typically don't deliver it wrapped. Your child might be able to see it as it sits on the front porch.

I guess what is really concerning to me is the lack of updates on the tracking of it. It is like it is sitting in a corner somewhere.
