UK#1fanisback Posted December 6, 2016 Posted December 6, 2016 Heard they made college coaches pay to get in the final games, is this true? If so they should be ashamed Heaven forbid a millionaire college coach pay to watch a football game.
W.E. Raider Posted December 6, 2016 Posted December 6, 2016 Heaven forbid a millionaire college coach pay to watch a football game. Yeah, lot of "millionaire" football coaches in KY.... Petrino and Stoops...name the rest.
the game guy Posted December 6, 2016 Author Posted December 6, 2016 Well giving an athlete a full scholarship might be worth it, you never know
Bengal Maniac Posted December 6, 2016 Posted December 6, 2016 At least give one-two free passes per school. This makes no sense at all. Maybe I am missing something.
plantmanky Posted December 6, 2016 Posted December 6, 2016 Stipulation by WKU in the contract. Louisville had the same stipulation. Its common thing, plus I believe there are NCAA reasons for it as well.
lawildcat Posted December 6, 2016 Posted December 6, 2016 Why is this a big deal? At that point, they are spectators and pay just like the common man or woman.
All Tell Posted December 6, 2016 Posted December 6, 2016 I would be SHOCKED if any college coach that attends the games isn't reimbursed by their school.
Bengal Maniac Posted December 6, 2016 Posted December 6, 2016 I would be SHOCKED if any college coach that attends the games isn't reimbursed by their school. Yea, you are probably correct.
JDEaston Posted December 6, 2016 Posted December 6, 2016 It's crazy that people are upset about this. It doesn't effect how Kentucky high school kids are recruited one bit. The coaches don't end up paying for the tickets in the grand scheme of things, nor do they pay for their travel expenses, etc.
