For me - not much different than today. Spend time with family and friends, read some good books.

I think this would be a really great pickup line for a guy in high school.

Pure chaos! No one would work. So even if you had money you couldn't spend it. Credit would be eliminated so those without cash would be in deep do do. Food would become scarce, people would have to find ways to get what they want or need to survive the last year.
