November 10, 20169 yr The Left loved trump till he ran against them. He's made my stomach turn since the very first time I ever saw him, and that was years ago. I don't know anyone who ever felt much different. I don't know anyone left or right who liked him before he ran for president, which is why it perplexes me how all of the sudden he had so many people cheering him on after being a very disliked person for many years long beforehand. November 10, 20169 yr The absolute worse part of Mr Trump winning is the confidence it gives a segment of society that he pandered to to express their racist beliefs out loud. We saw it during the campaign. We have heard stories of it today. Kids being taunted by classmates about being deported. N-word being dropped on a lady by four guys at a gas station - all in response to the results of the election. We can complain about policies. We can complain and argue about tax plans and immigration. What we can't do is allow this 1950s thinking to be acceptable. But Mr Trump went after these people and now he owns it. Come on now, Clyde. Those are isolated events. It's not like those hooligans out there protesting democracy. You can't even prove those folks are even Trump supporters.
