2016 Presidential Election Updates

Featured Replies

Actually, a president can arbitrarily fire people. Look for Comey to be an early casualty of the Trump administration. Trump may not fire him, but his new boss will make life at the FBI very uncomfortable for him. Trump's first move should be to fire all of the Holder and Lynch appointees in the DoJ and begin interviews for filling those positions on Day 1 of his term.

I actually think he will keep Comey, don't they sign up for ten years when they take the job? He already has other investigations on his plate. Everyone needs to keep the gloating at a minimum and do what is best to try to unite the country. I think he may surprise some people with how well he takes advice. I hope.

I would love to be a fly on the wall at the Clinton camp right now.

Ok, man. I'm sure Hillary was thrilled with the fact that Comey cast an even darker shadow on the email scandal just days before the election. Even though she was cleared, the fact that he brought the scandal back up so soon before the election was probably enough damage to due her in. He didn't have to bring this back up so soon, he could've waited until next week. But he didn't.
The final chapter on Hillary Clinton's FBI woes has not been written. If she does not receive a pardon from Obama, Republicans will not be happy until she faces a jury of her peers. It looks like we will never know whether Hillary would have fired Comey and rolled the dice on a new director.
From who?

From anyone wishing to cause harm on my family. Times are changing. Word up.

What's everybody drinking right now? Lol

A LOT. Multiple beers. Multiple glasses of bourbon.

I don't know, with all the stuff possibly getting thrown about the room, you might get hit. :lol2:

This thing is not over. Gotta finish the deal.

No argument there. I think it is a little different for me than most though. :D

And it is making me go hmmmmmm......

How are all of these states on the Atlantic Ocean side of USA not able to get their numbers in? New Hampshire still doesn't know? Really? They have like 15 people in New Hampshire.

Come 1:30 I'm off to bed, can't stay up any longer with a 5:30 wake up call.

MSNBC is already starting to blame Gary Johnson for some of the states going to Trump.

Saw that. Ridiculous. They ran the ONLY candidate he could beat...
