Absolutely fascinating interview. Talk about speaking his mind... Weld didn't pull any punches. He says there is a big difference between the Democratic and Republican candidates for President. One candidate, according to Weld, would provide steady leadership while the other(Trump) would lead the country into chaos.

 

Weld, former governor of Massachusetts, said, "I fear for the country" if Trump is elected. On the heels of new criticism directed at Ms Clinton and her emails, Weld said, "I'm here vouching for Mrs. Clinton, and I think it's high time somebody did." He said he knows Hillary to be of "high moral character" and "trustworthy."

 

Weld also acknowledged a split between himself and his ticket mate, Gary Johnson, on some issues, including Comey's decision to announce publicly before the election about re-opening an investigation of Hillary's emails.

 

This was a stunning interview. Weld sounded more like he was running on a ticket with Mrs. Clinton than on the Libertarian ticket.

Totally agree with the bolded. I cannot stand Maddow's political stances (I have heard that she is actually a very nice person) but her being a lesbian has absolutely zero to do with it...

It is easy to understand why the Libertarian Party struggles to win votes. They have given up on nominating libertarian candidates and now settle for liberal candidates instead. No wonder Juan Williams thinks that he is a libertarian with fools like Gary Johnson and William Weld on the party's ticket.

I'm not familiar with this "true lesbian" concept, but as far as I know, a lesbian is a woman who is physically and romantically attracted to other women. If being attracted to other women dictates that "true lesbians" hate men, then do "true heterosexual men" also hate men because of their attraction to women? Similarly, do "true homosexual men" hate women since they are attracted to men? ....I'm interested to be educated on your line of thinking, ref.
