Since you are fascinated with my old posts (and they are pretty great, so I can't say I blame you) then why not look up my very, very first post on HHS football this year - where I asked if a losing season isn't the new norm for HHS, that maybe other NKY schools have caught up, that how does anyone really know the "Cavalry is coming"? Just by asking those questions, I'm labeled as a hater? Those are reasonable questions.

I'm really glad to see the athletic progress made at Doss in recent years. Basketball has become a power and played for a title a couple of years ago. Football has steadily improved and can potentially knock off a program like Highlands, one of the two best in Kentucky history. Good to see the kids, coaches, administrators, and fans enjoying the fruits of their labors.

One subpar year at Highlands certainly does not wash away what has occurred over the last 100 plus years. Amazing that you just keep posting like some others. Be curious to see if the Birds win whether or not we hear from you and some of the others. My bet is NO. But if they lose, it will be chirp, chirp, chirp.

HHS football probably has over a 100,000 views this fall. But there is no aura. Yeah, right.

Old posts? I don't have that much time. I thought we were talking the posts in this thread! I just don't have that much playtime today.

 

But to answer your question about the old posts...we answered that back then! Did you only read your old posts?

 

Next...you're right. They aren't playing 100 year tradition. But someone outside the HHS fan base feels they are still playing against the aura of HHS. So there must be something to it, right? You act so innocent in your responses (Gosh, I'm just asking a question) when everyone knows what your intent is.

 

So you asked us a question. I think some answered yours and said why they feel there is. And the original post of that apparently feels there is. So answer this and we'll know where you're coming from. Do you feel there is not an "aura" playing HHS in the playoffs? Your thoughts please.

The "aura" is smaller this year because the name on the front of the jersey is smaller. Hope they go back to the better version next year.

Those are the WRs and QB. They are all 6'-6"4, except the QB. He is small. Not sure about the 300lb defensive players though.
