To compare those schools is probably not a good comparison. That's like saying that if a team scheduled Allen Co Scottsville they are similar to South Warren.

 

Let's just call this team what they are. A solid middle of the pack team in TN's toughest classification who can't beat the strongest teams.

 

We have to be patient with Spin, he's excited. This is the only program with a pulse that South Warren has chosen to play in his memory.

i agree with that but JP2 plays better competition game in and game out than JC or any of the WV teams play so by the end of the year their ranking is a little skewed .I have watched all on tape I give the nod to JP2 better athletes and size .Only thing I question is their coaching not sure it is of quality

I'm glad it works for him. My philosophy is we have to practice hard or we'll play soft. We've eased up on them before and we lost so we start every practice with the 1s vs 1s and are setting the tone the whole practice. We generally have 5-7 top ten teams in the state on our schedule and we play in one of the toughest regions in the south. I'll take a lesser opponent to fine tune some things and hopefully come out without being to beat up from the week.

Far from it...difficult to qualify for playoffs and once you get there you are almost assured a tough First Round game unless you are one of the top overall seeds.

Very rarely. But we play 8-9 other tough teams. If we're not prepared by game 10 we won't be prepared for the playoffs anyways.

Side note... Roswell is my pick to win it all. Last week withstanding they have worked over some powerhouse programs this year.

I would prefer an open date or a cupcake if such a game can be found.

We had McEachern beat. Just couldn't seal the deal.

Just noticed that 8 of the 10 teams we played during the regular season made the playoffs. That's crazy to me.
