October 18, 201610 yr If they make the NCAA Tournament, they should immediately put a John Brannen statue on campus. I love Coach Brannen but that would be something else. I think .500 is a nice goal and start thinking bigger next season. That being said, I'll be cheering for NKU and hoping they do make the tournament.

October 18, 201610 yr I see at least 7 losses pre-Horizon play, probably 8, that is a lot to overcome to get back to .500. Hope I'm wrong, I like John a lot and am rooting for him to be successful. I hope he shows Miami how bad their decision was to hire John Cooper over him a few years ago. I think they will only lose 6 pre-season games. I'll admit I'm optimistic, but certainly think it is possible.

Do you think ANY name team outside their conference will come to BB&T? The majors aren't crazy. They have nothing to gain and everything to lose. Schools like NKU go to the big schools for paydays. Who do you think would come here?
