Scoff if you want, but it is the same liberal media that has quickly dismissed every allegation made against the Clintons for more than three decades as "private" matters. Hillary Clinton selling access to the State Department and her deliberate destruction of evidence that was under Congressional subpoena is a far more serious national security matter than any accusation that has ever been leveled against either Bill Clinton or Donald Trump.

 

Honest public servants do not amass fortunes measured in hundreds of millions of dollars. It is simply impossible to do so on the salaries that we pay them. The Clintons have never been and will never be honest public servants. And yes, those pesky liberals will defend them with their last breath and Trump was one of those pesky liberals until he declared himself to be a conservative, religiously devout Republican. Republicans lost this election the moment that Trump accepted the nomination.

Trump is ridiculous but you can't say with a straight face that the MSM is not liberal.

You have Fox on TV vs. MSNBC. I know right wingers hate on CNN but I see them as balanced, perhaps slightly left leaning, but they regularly present the right wing side of the debate. CNBC probably leans right.

 

Newspapers - Hard to say. Most newspapers are probably left side. But there are plenty of newspapers that are right side. The Cincinnati Enquirer endorsed a Dem for President this year for the first time in maybe 50 years.

 

Radio - Totally dominated by the right.

 

Social Media - I am not into it enough to say but my guess is you have very vocal left and right side views. I will say though that social media has been big in allowing conspiracy theory wackos to promote their claims. I am continually shocked by people who I consider intelligent will read something online and take it as truth. I believe virtually nothing I hear and read online. If something has the sound of plausibility, I research it before I pass it on to one person. I never forward these "DID YOU SEE THIS?" links and proclamations people send by email and I am sure that are sent continually through facebook, etc. I love snopes.com.

 

Total that up and I don't see ALL the media being liberal like the radical right wants to believe. The problem for many on the right is if you aren't with them, you are against them. Also, the right is very passionate about their beliefs. That is applaudable for sure. However, as they loudly proclaim their views not enough people contradict them because people don't like confrontation, and without confrontation they think more people agree with them than truly do.

Conservatives do not run the Republican Party, nor do they run Fox News. Fox News delivered the Republican nomination to Trump by providing him with hundreds of millions of dollars worth of free, mostly positive publicity. FNC only did so when the GOP leadership turned to Trump to stop Ted Cruz. Fox News supports what used to be known as the Rockefeller wing of the Republican Party, just as NBC and CNN support liberal Democrats.

 

BTW, I am not a Republican. I am a conservative who embraces most libertarian principles. The distinction is an important one.
