I was leaning about 60% towards Johnson until it became clear he simply wasn't capable of doing this job. I'd love to hang out with him, maybe run a half-marathon. He seems like a cool dude. He is clearly not up to this job, though. Not even close to being ready to be President. I hate to say it, but I wonder if he could name the seven continents, or even a country in Europe? His running-mate is capable, however. Too bad the ticket wasn't reversed.

While I don't disagree my vote for Johnson is more of a vote that isn't for Hillary or Donald. I agree with more of Hillary's platform than Gary's but I can't bring myself to vote for Hillary.

Oh I am a big believer that Donald doesnt even know that he's part of the Conspiracy.

 

Power Players and Perception Manipulators set all this in play long before Trump became the Rep nominee. To many movies like Wag the Dog and other things make me believe that.

I think they are liberal Republicans because that is what they were when they last held elective office. If Johnson and Weld had the political skills to compete for the Republican Party's nomination, then that is where they would still be.

They will never be a major party if they do not promote candidates from within their own ranks. They don't need to win the presidency to influence the debate. Honestly, Gary Johnson has sounded like a dolt in his interviews during this campaign.

It's simple SF. just like me, I am voting against Hillary more than for Trump.

 

I am not going to waste a vote on a third party candidate that has zero chance of winning.

Cap, I struggled with these same issues, but have decided McMullin will get my vote. No way he wins this year, but I believe in four years that he will be a name to watch. He aligns with the issues that are striking a chord with Trump supporters, however his delivery is much more refined. His background as an operations officer with the CIA won't hurt. Very sharp guy.
