Thoughts? Predictions.

If Greenup's not still shell shocked from the horrors inflicted upon them by JC, this should be a great game. The winner will likely host a playoff game in Rnd 1, the loser hits the road.

Ashland's rolling on offense the last three games, albeit against swiss cheese defenses. Greenup should provide significantly more resistance.

This should be Greenup's Super Bowl. This is a winnable game for them but they need to play well and limit Ashland's big plays.

If they make the young Tomcat Offense drive the field the hard way they will greatly improve their chances.

I watched Ashland twice early and felt like the second time they were better than the first. They are young and will only get better but if Greenup is going to get a home playoff game this is their best bet.

I expect Greenup to put up a fight but money goes on the Tomcats.

Good luck to both

I give the nod to Ashland because of the Johnson Central shellacking of Greenup County last night...but Greenup County will have a good opportunity to make some noise in the playoffs - win or lose.

Greenup to win has to stop Ashlands big play ability. Problem with that is Ashland isn't a one man show. Ratliff Brown Roberts Dowdy Coburn all have good to great speed and can all take it to the house on any play. These kids are getting the ball both in the running game and passing game which makes them even more difficult to defend.

Devils have played both any info on how the game might go?

BUMP

Tomcats should win this one, however, it will be the best test for them since the Russell game. Greenup's defense can actually stop teams. The Cats defense should take care of business. Ashland's last 4 opponents, no disrespect, aren't that good. Should be a good indicator before the matchup with Johnson Central. Go Cats.

Will Brown be playing in this game? I noticed he hasn't been in the last two games according to the stats that Ashland has submitted.

Suppose to be back but not sure.

Game day!!! I expect a good defensive game this evening out back of the "Green House". However, the big play possibilities for Ashland will prove a bit too much for the Musketeers.
