I would like to hear the explanation how Jake Walters out of Cov Catholic can be ranked at #17 & #29 in the same ranking and then it happened again with Zach Kelch out of Simon Kenton who is ranked at both #23 & #44. Either bad final drafting or maybe the higher ranking is on their good day and the lower on their bad days.

Lol...this is a new kind of funny. I'm gonna say this cause I like Trey Hill...but he is not the number 2 player in this class. What I have realized is that this purely depends on your AAU affiliation.

This guy has no clue what he's doing. He's proven it over and over again.

And each player is listed with different heights.

P.S. AJ Mayer is not a shooting guard. He's an undersized 4/5.

Wait a minute now ... that is Jacob Walter at #17 and Jake Walter at #29.

Their lower ranks came when they were an inch shorter than their higher ranks. I'm guessing as they have grown they improved their ranking.

I see Cobe Penny's injury must have hurt his ranking. He's #50?

Is the #55 kid really 7'6" tall?

That is Yao Ming tall!

I took a minute and looked him up..... That is a tall young man!

Interesting list to say the least - can truly say this list is skewed! good thing about making projections - it gives you talking material.

I always like a list to include a prelude that identifies what the rankings are trying to compare or rank for. Is the rankings based on D1 prospects e.g who will be the kids that go D1 starting with the highest offers (High D1) down to Low-mid D1 and then continuing down all the way to NAIA? Or are you ranking for best H.S players? When I see the ranking order prioritze kids who cannot play a Division 1 position that their size requires, I automatically discard it unless the list specifically is just ranking HS impact. Most never say, but a "prospect" list would signal college prospects and this list fails the eye test for me.

I really like the guy who does these rankings but when you mention the same kid twice (x2) in different spots with different heights and also don't know that a kid is at a different school, I have to simply say "c'mon man " in my best Keyshawn Johnson voice.

It's good to see both Raavai Commodore and Rico Hollis of Holmes getting love but you can't mention either without also ranking LJ Miller as I've been told by multiple people, multiple times that he is Holmes best player this year.

I'll make my rounds around NKY soon and judge for myself then.

As far as CJ Fredrick goes....people shouldn't be surprised that he has shot up the rankings like he has and has received as much love as he's getting.

I was at a camp when he was going in to his frosh year and was told then by one of my Ohio guys that he was one of the best he had seen that summer on the AAU circuit. Expecting him to have a huge year.
