I know in the AP poll SK is 3 and Ryle is 4.

Can St. Xavier get the upset over #1 Trinity? How will the Rankings change if PRP beats #2 Male? Who could drop after this week? Who could drop out?

Conner should be 10 instead of Cooper.

After all the points Highlands scored on SK I don't see how they can be third.

Yes, they're undefeated but their only significant win is against Covington Catholic and that was the first game of the year. Otherwise they have lopsided wins against teams that most people have lopsided wins against: Highlands, Campell County, and Boone County. And they had a close game against Henry Clay who was shellacked by Lafayette and Tate's Creek.

 

I'm not saying Ryle is a bad team. They are a good team, but what have they done that says they are #3 in the class?

Eye test. I saw three of the four teams ahead of them and from what I saw on the field Ryle is better. Morgan is a difference maker.

I find it interesting that Conner is 15th in the AP poll and Cooper is unranked...yet on here people are dubbing them both top 10 worthy. Just an analysis.

I agree, I am not seeing a body of work that says they are the #3 team in the class. They looked the same last year until they got against the tougher teams on their schedule. I will reserve giving them such a high ranking until they face SK, Conner , and Cooper. If they sweep them, then I will say they deserve the #3 ranking
